Event: Run Vasa Trail 5K, 10K, and 25K

It is recommended that all participants carry their own water. For the 25K there will be one aid station around 12K with GU water and Gatorade. There will be no aid station on the 5K and 10K courses. Cut off time 4 hours, walkers welcome in 5K and 10K, runners not on pace at 12K will be cheerfully drivin to the finish.                                                .
